• We will be happy to prepare a customized breakfast basket for you. Enjoy a wide range of products from our own farm (depending on availability): Fruit, fruit spreads, apple juice, dandelion honey, bread (some homemade) and cakes. You will also find local products in the basket: Coffee, tea, milk, muesli, yogurt, eggs, two different sausages and cheese

• Garage parking space for your car, bike and motorcycle - free of charge, of course

• E-bikes can be charged free of charge and parked in the garage

• Charging station for your e-car (billing according to kWh)

• If you are arriving by train, bus or plane, please let us know and we will be happy to pick you up at the train station etc. so that you can start your vacation without any worries.

• All prices are per apartment per day and in euros including VAT and excluding local tax.

• The price is per apartment and day, for 2 persons in the apartments Berty Skuber, Emmerich Holzknecht, Hans Kompatscher, Schneewittchen and Hänsel & Gretel - and for 3 persons in the apartments Himml, Hoamat and Rotkäppchen.

• For each additional person we charge 15,00 Euro per day (Apartment Berty Skuber, Emmerich Holzknecht and Schneewittchen).

• For the apartments Himml, Hoamat and Rotkäppchen as well as for the Hänsel & Gretel and Hans Kompatscher we charge € 20,00 per day for each additional person

• Breakfast € 18,00 per person (only at Prackfolerhof)

• Basket € 25,00 for 2 persons plus € 10,00 for each additional person.

• Dog € 10,00 per day/animal

• On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 am.

• On the day of arrival you can move into the apartment from 2 pm

• The municipal tourist tax (local tax) is added to the indicated price. This amounts to between € 2.50 and € 3.00 per day and person (from 14 years). The tax is collected on site.

Your confirmed room reservation is binding for both partners.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

• Up to 3 months before the start of your vacation no cancellation costs

• from 3 months to 1 month before the start of your vacation, we charge 40

• from 1 month before the start of the vacation we charge 80 % of the booked arrangement

• in the last week of the booked stay, in case of late arrival or early departure 90 % of the booked arrangement.
